Refund Policy
Your rights. Once the account is activated, there is no refund. We only provide a refund if the account is not activated within 3 working days from your membership fee being paid, by accepting these terms and conditions you are agreeing to terms stated.
Your responsibilities:Memberships are sold as a one-person access membership and are not transferable to another user. Members who want to give access to others will in breach of their membership. There are no exceptions. Account sharing or allowing anyone access to your one-person account for any reason is strictly prohibited, well monitored, and will result in immediate termination without a refund
Our responsibilities:If Sauve terminates this Agreement, your account, or any Service prior to the end of any active subscription period, and if you have not breached any provision of this Agreement, then you may request a partial refund of the fees that you have paid for that subscription, based on the number of days remaining in the subscription period at the time of such termination. If your request is validly submitted in writing within three (3) days after such termination, then Sauve will issue the appropriate credit to your credit card. |
