Aupair/Nanny Visa & Regulations

New Zealand

In New Zealand there is no au pair program but the Working Holiday Scheme which means that you cannot go to New Zealand as an au pair but only as a Working Holiday Maker. To be able to go to New Zealand under the Working Holiday Scheme you must be a citizen of a country which has signed a reciprocal Working Holiday Maker Arrangement with New Zealand.

Exceptions apply for people from United Kingdom (23 months) as well as from Malaysia and Singapore (6 months).
